JULIA SALAZAR

In the spring of 2018, I was inspired by Julia Salazar’s campaign for NY State Senate that was going on right in my backyard in Brooklyn.

I decided to make some “fan art” for her campaign as a personal project. A couple weeks later, her campaign reached out to me, interested in making the poster official.

Julia is now the NY State Senator for District 13 in Brooklyn.

In early 2022, Julia’s reelection campaign reached out to me to create new branding elements, such as posters, tote bags, and t shirts.
